The American Society of Nephrology's Renal Week is the world's most significant nephrology meeting devoted to the latest advances in research, clinical care and education in kidney diseases. More than 13,000 doctors, scientists and other healthcare professionals from all over the world are expected to participate.
Renal Week is being held in Denver, Colorado, this year, and apart from the important sessions on acute and chronic kidney diseases, four special areas will be highlighted: Epithelial Transport and Cell Biology, Renal Immunology and Transplantation, New Insights into Glomerular Structure and Function, and Kidney Development and Stem Cells.
